Bad Points

The Payless Car Rental agents in that location are very rude whilst talking to me. They were trying their best to charge more and if you deny the other charges they will start acting in a rude manner.


General Comments

I recently rented a car at Pay Less car rental near TPA airport Tampa, FL. I was there with my girl friend and I didn't find this comfortable at all. I was totally shocked by such unacceptable behavior from an agent. I seriously do not recommend to rent cars from this location.
