General Comments

I've had this treadmill for 6 months now and my cardiovascular fitness has improved greatly. I had to stop going to the gym because its so time consuming, especially sitting in traffic on the way there and back and my fitness suffered. It took me a while to improve training from home using this and some free weights because its a lot more difficult to push yourself as much when you're in your living room! It is ideal for having a light jog etc when watching the t.v. or listening to music though. It has everything you'd expect from a treadmill in this price range, quality lcd (speed, time, distance, heart rate calories etc) with lots functions, variable automated incline and a speed of 0-14 mph. For home fitness this is a fine piece of equipment but be aware you're going to to need more will power than training at the gym.
