Good Points

We bought this timeshare for Christmas week very cheaply via an internet private sale, and therefore don't feel justified in complaining too much, as the views alone are worth what we paid. We have a 2 bedroom apartment which will comfortably sleep 4, but it would be very cosy with 6, as is advertised as the maximum occupancy. The apartment was clean and kept clean on an almost daily basis by the maid, towels were changed once during the week. The balcony is very large with 4 loungers and 4 chairs, and table and a clothes airer. The view of the sunrise right opposite and the Playa las vistas beach is surely unbeatable. Public areas, pool area, reception etc very very good, plenty of sunbeds and half of them are now fabric and much more comfortable. Pool attendant there all day.

Bad Points

As per the previous reviewer, the apartments are very dated and in need of some repair, though most of this is cosmetic and a good lick of paint all round would make a vast improvement. Tiling in bathroom is in most need of repair/replacement.

General Comments

This complex is in need of an overhaul, and we were told that there is a refurbishment programme for the next 18 months, concentrating on the B and C units first. They appeared to be putting new water pipes in when we were there. The apartment we stayed in at the Royal Gardens needs a good update, but when it is just a place to sleep for one week, and it was clean with almost all the functions/equipment you needed (take a corkscrew if you like a glass of wine), what do you really need? The location makes up for these bad points, and the size of the balcony makes enjoying breakfast and drinks very pleasant and relaxing. We will return.
