Can last up to 6 months on one full charge.
Quite lightweight compared to other large metal bracelet type watched.
The date can be set in English (Mon, Tue etc) or French (Lun, Mar). This is not widely told or featured in most descriptions I found on the internet, or even by the Citizen website.
The glass is not curved like most other expensive watches. As long as I've had it, it has shown no noticeable scratches.
The luminous paint dims down quite fast - approximately 15 - 20 minutes. I did this by shining a 4D Maglite onto the face for about 10 seconds.
Cost quite a bit for some people - around £50. From an Argos catalogue, this was the most basic and cheapest model available.
If you are really picky of little things - the second arrow does not fully align accurately on all markings, ie. the second arrow does not point straight to the 12 marking, as it is slightly off by maybe a quarter of a millimetre or less. This was the same with 2 watches I've seen - a display model, and mine.
You can only adjust the date between 9pm and I think 5am. This is because it starts to change in that time, and it's a bit stupid. In other words you cannot adjust it within that time, and it will not show the correct date until after 5am. I found this quite annoying - not suitable for night workers.
The strap of the Citizen E100-S006597 watch is a leather backed fabric strap. The leather on mine is black with green fabric.
The strap holes are metal rings and not stamped holes. This may reduce the number of holes available, as the rings are quite large, which reduces the chance of a perfect fit. There are only 5 strap holes on this compared to 11 on my Casio W-86.
I would not recommend this watch for active sports people, as a leather strap may deteriorate faster due to sweat, and it takes quite a while for the strap to dry once submersed in water. It is WR to 100m.
