General Comments

I ordered a coffee table, which I was told would be delivered two weeks later. I took a day off work (as they don't do weekends) to take delivery, and the item didn't arrive. After spending huge amounts of time on hold, I was told that a customer services person would find out what happened and call me back. They didn't call back. I called them again, and they said they'd call back and didn't. This happened about 5 times before I demanded to speak to their manager, and I was told they didn't have one! I eventually got another date for delivery from The Cotswold Company. I took a day off work and the item didn't arrive. I asked if they had an intention of offering me compensation for the fact I had wasted two days of my hard earned holiday. The most apparently they could do was offer me my P&P back at £25. I cancelled my ordered.
