Bad Points
Luggage nightmare, lost/delayed luggage both ways on the same trip.
General Comments
The line for making a connection within Terminal 4 was horrendous! It was faster to exit to the arrivals, leave the airport, then check in again on the connecting flight. Reason for such a long line? Carry-on security check was limited to two machines only for all connecting flights, the connection was within the same hallway, no commercial anything inside. To make matters worse there was no instruction or assistance, travellers were not sure if they were standing on the right spot or not. This was ridiculous!
