Good Points

The staff was the best, we had a party in the skywalker's lounge for an anniversary, (wedding three tiered cake was gorgeous). My teenagers loved to swing dance and the bands would love to play their music so they could dance, telling everyone the swing kids are here. Food; crab legs (huge and sweet the best I've ever had) lobster, steak and the deserts were amazing. Our waiter brought out platters of crab legs for seconds, same with the lobsters. Our room was alway clean and our kids which were in a different room, always losing their keys the staff gave us one key to their room, (minors) to help with the problem. The staff went the extra mile, the best entertainment was the princess pop star dance contest (don't have to wonder who won, do you?). Pool games which all older kids in our group of 50 played.

Bad Points

One night we had a waiter who was out to lunch. Left us waiting way to long before the next course arrived, never did bring us coffee. They need to see or ask for ID when ordering alcoholic drinks, which I didn't observe. To many young ones whose parents probably didn't care, but it bothered me. If I have to pay for soda I want to drink my favorite diet Pepsi.

General Comments

I would so recommend this ship, our group of 50 people ages 5 to 73 had a wonderful time. Never had I enjoyed a cruise as much as this one and it had nothing to do with the ports of call. Mexico is Mexico, love the ship and Cabo was great except we went when they had a holiday so almost everything was closed, no rentals of any kind. (boats, ect)
