Good Points
Good overall protection and customer support.
Just install and go (read the manual though)

Bad Points
Uses a lot of storage space
Does not like upgrading over previous versions

General Comments
There has been a lot of criticism of this particular product and I too have had a number of annoying problems however, Norton customer support really helped out here!



"Sluggishness" yes but on completely removing all NIS 2006 and reinstalling, the computer was very responsive. I had upgrade from NIS 2005 - Never perform an upgrade it causes problems further down the road! To date all is running very well.



I should point out that you should read the manuals thoroughly...unlike me. This would have saved me a lot of hassle and emails!
