Good Points

This player has several ablities, but one key feature I like is the ablity to delete tracks, albums and artists directly from the player. Interchangeable LI-ion Battery, so if the rechareable battery dies on the road, just pop in a new one it's about 7.3 volts at 1,000MAh. another cool feature is that you can use a lap top HD and replace the 30gig to about 100gig HD... Pretty cool huh? One very point of advice, there is lots of problems with updating the Firmware... Everyone is having problems with it!!!! so whatever you do, never go to Creative.com and update the firmware for your player, i beg of you! The player will break

Never Update the firmware....your player will break! I've gone through 3 of them... it's not worth your time or money.. I bought one new for 90$


General Comments

Never Update the firmware...Good player if you're on a budget and have about 6,000 songs or more... If you are a Pirate like me this is the one to save money, just never update... I got mine for 90$ new!
