The website is good enough, and the prices are fantastic. Ever since last week it was my 100% complete satisfactory website. On December the 12th I ordered a DVD, This had still not arrived on the 21st, so I rang HMV up and waited on the phone for over 40 minutes (fair enough, it was near Christmas), then I got through to a man, and this is how our conversation went:
Me - Please can you tell me if you have dispatched my order yet?
HMV - Yes I can.
Me - Well can you have a look?
HMV - I am just looking now (bearing in mind I could be anyone who has ordered off from them)!
Me - Do you want my name?
HMV - Yes, what is it?
Me - Thomas ******
HMV - Your order has been dispatched and has been lost in the post - I will give you a refund
Me - OK, thank you very much. Goodbye
HMV - Bye
I have ordered again from HMV, and I will see how it goes. If it is bad, I will come back with another different review!
