General Comments

Whether you end up talking to one of their call centres in the UK or someone in Asia, they DO NOT LISTEN to a word you say.

You might as well be talking to a robot. Sheilas Wheels car insurance customer service refuse to let you speak to anyone in authority.

In the end I had to shout at the last person I spoke to and tell them to shut up and listen!

I changed address, so I informed them of my new address, they then sent my cover details to my new address. Then for some reason they sent any further correspondence to my old address, and they then left a message on my mobile informing me that unless I get in touch they will cancel my policy, without even having the courtesy or common sense to leave a name or number to call on!

I have worked as a customer service manager in the past, and if any of my staff had spoken to me like they did, then I would have sacked them on the spot.

Unfortunately, I have paid my premium in one go, otherwise I would cancel my policy and go elsewhere. Needless to say, when renewal time comes around I will be going to another insurer.
