Looked like value for money
Spent a lot of money and did not receive goods
This was to be part of a Christmas present, which consisted of a bouquet and Food Hamper. When I phoned Interfone online florists customer service and told them that I wished to complain, that I wasn't happy with a simple refund, I was told "whatever", and the so-called customer service operator then hung up!
If this is their service, all I can say is that they need to invest in training for their operators
