Good Points

Delivery arrived on time, shame the goods were so poor.


Bad Points

They do not reply to emails and I have made numerous phone calls which have never been answered.


General Comments

The candles arrived in 2 slightly battered plain white boxes and certainly weren't worth the money. I wanted them as a gift but they weren't good enough. As they were heavy to post, I decided to keep them myself and thank goodness I did. The chocolatiere had obviously been opened previously, the packets inside were opened, the chocolate mould was dented and the box had definitely seen better days. I returned it to them one month ago and I still haven't had a refund - I suspect I never will get one. I've learned the hard way, I can just about afford to lose £20 but I'm sure there are many who can't. Think very carefully before ordering anything from Boysstuff - I, personally, will never order from them again.
