Good Points

It has an amazing screen - which an ipod video does not have because of its lack of colours - it has a voice recorder which comes in handy. It organizes your pictures, videos, and of course, music into convenient folders so they are easy to find. If you want you can look stuff up through a key-word search. You have the ability to personalize your backgrounds (ipod does not have this feature) It has a long battery life, depending on how bright you set your screen, this option allows you to set your screen brightness from 10 to 100 percent in 10 percent increments (also a feature that ipod does not have). This mp3 player is a little bit thicker than the Ipod video, but I don't mind it, it actually feels like it has some substance to it and its not going to break where the iPod feels so delicate and the iPod is always covered in fingerprints no matter what you do. The Zen is made of a less shiny plastic so you don't get the same amount of finger prints. So it just looks better. Plus, there are some choices in the colors that you buy in the Zen, better than just plain black and white, *ahem* iPod again*


Bad Points

I don't like the headphones that came with it, they are uncomfortable but its not a huge deal. Mine has frozen up a couple times and I have had to reset it in order to get it working again. but it doesn't get rid of your information.


General Comments

I really wish that Creative would advertise more because if they did then they would totally be owning the market over iPod. I'm not anti-iPod, but I just wish that people would stop buying into the false idea that iPod is the best and there are no equivelents. I hate it when people ask me if my Zen Vision M is an iPod though, it just isn't right.
