Good Points
Good value, decent looking bike.

Bad Points
Build quality is not clever. It is painfully slow up any hill, and the battery needed regular re-charge.
Very hard to find dealer / garage to service, as most won't touch them.

General Comments
If your budget is limited and you're doing limited travelling, it is fine. Otherwise be careful, as build quality and reliability are suspect, and it's not easy finding a garage that will service the Jinlun JL50 QT4 49 scooter. Getting parts is not easy either.
