Good Points
Easy to use, quicker than a kettle. Much more tasty than instant, and much quicker and easier than other methods for ground coffee.

Bad Points
Often leaks under drip tray, no matter how carefully it is assembled. Drink level in cup varies, as does temperature (may be related to leaks). One pack of disks was flavourless, and a load bought mail-order were damaged. The careline were responsive about the faulty disks, but I have not tackled them about the leaks, as I suspect they will be patronising and not-much-help.

General Comments
It is one of the very few kitchen gadgets we have continued to use. It really is very good, and easy to use.
