Good Points

I ordered two Christmas hampers from M&S and the first one was delivered with no problems - my sister in law was delighted with it - I was so pleased and waited for the following week when my parents hamper was due to be delivered...


Bad Points

The second hamper was to be delivered to my parents house but unfortunately they delivered it to the wrong address and the people who lived there accepted it - this meant that it never arrived at its correct destination.


General Comments

Anyone who orders online should double check the address, especially the postcode, because the delivery company don't - they just go to the nearest match, regardless of the address, even though the details were amended online when the error was discovered as the staff in store were unable to help me - they said I had to make any alterations myself. The staff working at the customer service department on the telephone were more than sorry but my parents still lost out.
