Good Points

Nice looking

Bad Points

Battery became faulty - connection failed. Sent to Bush. Was returned by Bush and told that they could not repair. New battery very expensive - cheapeer to buy another potble DVD Player. Needless to say I did not buy a Bush one. Very disappointed with their attitude as I have bought Bush items in the past and been very satisfied. I still use a Bush radiogram purchased in 1964!

General Comments

Poor service from Bush and battery did not last long.

I replaced the internal cell with 4 18650 2400 maH Li-Ion cells connected in series parallel.. I had hoped for about 4 1/2 hours performance, but it turns out to be nearer 3 1/2. I put this down to the charger being matched to the original cell rather than my replacement. Never mind - slight undercharging adds to battery life. I have a better performance than the original, and I fixed a dead machine to this standard f0r less than £15!
Warning - If you do this Cut the wires close to the original cell when removing. particularly on the negative lead that has a thermal fuse imbedded. Don't cut this in half. Also beware of soldering this lead- the heat of the solder might irreversibly blow the fuse!
