Flight was on time. The Customer Service Manager onboard was very professional and pleasant
Cabin Crew
The crew had obviously had a terrible stay in Honolulu and took it out on the passengers, particular one of the crew members working our side of the rear cabin. I have had many terrible flights with this airline but this man's attitude towards us was rude to the point of aggression. When we complained to the CSM (who was very pleasant) the crew member then poured on the charm to my girlfriend and I but continued to be rude to all other passengers. As an Australian, it is disappointing to see that QANTAS really does stand for Quick And Nasty, Typical Aussie Service.
