Good Points

Good tub, but terrible service from Insparations.


Bad Points

Customer service.
Late delivery.
Many unhappy customers.
They do not return phone calls or answer emails (unless you want to pay them some money)!


General Comments

If you are considering the purchase of a Hot tub, I wouldn't recommend Insparations.

The tub was good, but the service was terrible, as is the testament of many, as I found on the Whatspa forum at www.whatspa.com/forum/index.php.
