Bad Points

The delivery and service that I have received from Insparations has been awful. I'm still waiting for the Gazebo, caddy and other major items, that were purchased and paid for over 6 months ago as part of a Spa and Gazebo package.


General Comments

I ordered a Bocca Grande Spa and Gazebo package from them over six months ago, and I paid in full. The basic spa arrived, but the Gazebo, caddy and other items that were ordered did not. I've been given several delivery dates for the outstanding items that came and went, but still no goods arrived.

I give the Boca Grande spa a rating of 3/10 for quality and value, but I give Insparations 0/10 for delivery and support. Obviously I can't rate their Gazebo since it has never been delivered.
