Good Points

Excellent Mobile Phone deals.

When problems do arise it is a lengthy process to sort them out.


General Comments

I am now on my 4th mobile phone contract through Mobileshop.com. The first contract I had no problems with, so was happy to go back to Mobileshop the following year. So late 2004 I found the new deal that I wanted, unfortunately I had to place the order by phone, due to a problem with their web site at that time. When I received the phone I discovered that I had been connected to the wrong tariff, so I called Mobileshop who said that they couldn't change until my number porting had gone through. So after several calls to Mobileshop & the service provider and 3 incorrect phone bills later, I had been put on the correct tariff, but had not had my overcharges refunded, I wrote a letter. I did receive a response to this letter (though quite a time later) & had my money refunded plus some compensation for my inconvenience. As Mobileshop had corrected their mistake I gave them another chance the following year & have used them again this year. My husband has also had 3 contracts through them & we have never had any further problem. Cashback has always been received within their layed out timescales, they usually send me a text and email when they receive my claim.
