This DVD is a good yoga workout, especially for the thoracic spine area, or opening up hips and heart area. I like the fact there are two levels. You can choose what you want to do by how you feel that day.
I would like postures to be held a wee bit longer...they are long enough, but I really like to get go deep into the postures.
The first section of Jayne Middlemiss's Love Yogas exercise DVD slowly brings you up to scratch with the vinyasa flow, so it's good, in that you to start with the basics, and yet it's still working your body...
