Hamper looks nice when you order it online
Bad Points
They didn't deliver the hamper on time
Parcelforce are the worst couriers which is who they use
They don't help sort out any problems
General Comments
It was left at Gatwick airport for 1 week so all the food went off. Harrods didn't know anthing at all and the whole thing was a nightmare. Complete rubbish.
