Good Points
Nice rooms.

Bad Points
Thailand, Khao-Lak resort in November 2006.
Sewage smells in the resort.
Big rats running all over the place.
None of the staff could speak more than 5 words in English.
Far from everything, I should say in the middle of nowhere.
They lost my bag on the way home, not found after 21 days of intense search!
Not even a kettle in the rooms, this hotel is meant to be rated 4*!
No Gym.
24 hour room service unavailable after 1am, I tried 3 different days!

General Comments
Never go again with Thomson holidays.

Horrible customer service, they lost my bag on the return flight. After the 21 days of intense research they told me that it was definitely lost. The sewage stinking, big rats were running all over the place, not the place you want to spend your relaxing holidays! It was cheap but now I can see why!

AVOID!
