Really good prices

Customer service is dreadful. Added to this, the company is based in Jersey, and although this means they don't pay VAT, it also means your legal rights are not the same if you don't receive your goods. I complained to them in early November. Now it is nearly Christmas, and I still haven't received anything, apart from one brief email and one automated email.

The Play website may be good, and in fairness, I do like their prices and style. The range of goods that they seem to have on offer is very good, but their customer service, if it truly exists, is down there with the lowest of the low. If you have any questions outside the FAQ's, then you could really expect some trouble. I phoned them and spoke to a very nice person, but they ultimately told me I had to email another guy to have my situation examined. This was in November. It is now December 19th, and no attempt has been made to help me out.
