General Comments

If your mortgage is not paid by the EXACT date on the statement, never mind the "grace" period, they will call you at home AND work, up to ten times per day. They cannot account for your money, by posting money that is not from my account and then returning it and then giving you a late fee. After they "find" your mortgage payment (that was sent in on time) HSBC return it and tell you the account had NSF, even if there is 4x the money there. You cannot get a live person on the phone, so you are better off answering one of the 10 phone calls you get during the day.
