Very reliable, i had a 1.6 before and the 206 even works in the rain and snow (gosh i know!). Inside is spacious and the controls are easy to operate, and i've just learned that the fog light switch is a toggle and is not meant to stay in place like the light switch does :)
The plastic inside ends flimsily, the boot space would be nice if the back seats folded flat, which they don't. The 1.1 engine is a little sluggish and ive resolved never to opt for a 2 door car again because the doors are too big and cause issues when parking in car parks (though this is a general criticism of 2 door cars in general.)
If you want a nippy reliable car get a 206!
