When I tried to cancel my subscription and it kept crashing and telling my to sign up but finally after about 5 tries it said that my account was terminated. A month later I got billed for it and when I went to the website it said my account was still active. I never even downloaded anything because there is no good music on that site. I would not recommend anyone to use this product.
Terrible website. Would never use again.
