Very difficult to set up with no apparent means of getting support. I got it with my new Dell. I am going to demand a full refund from Dell. At the time I tried to use the product, which requires a internet connection to verify the serial number, the Laplink web site was down and there is no means of phone support!!! Do not purchase this product
