General Comments
We have exchanged dozens of complaint letters, problem lists and received very poor service from St Helens Glass. 5 years on we have a conservatory that leaks in 4 places, with roof panels that don't fit. The finish on the building work was very poor. Trims, seals and decorative elements lasted about 2 weeks, and then started to drop off. Guttering discoloured, leaked and rapidly blocked because of inadequate run off. All roof panels became misted and green with algae.
