I have bought shared hosting for my site (about different countries). I was pleased with their sales mamagers. They recommended a good package to me. I have had good uptime with them and I have not contacted their support yet.
Bad Points
As far as I understand they provide suport via ticket system and forums. I prefer support via IM (as their sales managers).
General Comments
I think that ahosting.biz provide good service (uptime, speed, helpful sales managers). I can't say anything about their support because I haven't used it.
I maybe will recommend ahosting for my friends/partners.
