The product
The service! Fulham is apparently the busiest showroom in the country and I can only assume they don't care if you buy a kitchen or not. I didn't get the paperwork but they were chasing the payment to start with, alarms bells should have rung. Lots missing off the order and it was 8 hours late on the initial delivery. Trying to get the missing parts is like getting blood from a stone, its been 3.5 weeks now and I'm still waiting. They are quite simply useless and get pretty stroppy if you can actually get to speak to anyone and they never call you back. The design is good but once they've got you, they just don't care..... I spent £10K excluding electricial goods etc, so disappointing. Can you believe to top it all I had a call from Customer Care two weeks ago to check that all was ok, they took down the full details, were very apologetic and there has since been no follow up at all. Shocking!
