The 4GB hard drive. Just plug in a mini-usb cable and it asks if you want a) mass storage mode, b) PC suite (sync) mode or c) Mp3 player mode. Its worth noting though that all connection modes make it Offline (as a phone) for the duration of connection.
I have some pretty large files sitting on the hard drive for whenever i need them. (though i haven't yet...)
Its 3G so messages are sent pretty quickly. And it even gives you the ability to select many contacts to SMS in one shot. just like email.
Like any modern Nokia its fully configurable. for example i have the Voice Recorder feature now set as the right soft-key. And calendar as the left.
Its a Nokia so is easy to use and pretty stable as a phone. Even when other apps crash or stall on it the phone feature still works.
Great sound quality for music. Built in speaker could be louder/clearer though. For voice calls too.
Supports 3mu playlists. And you can create them on the device without a PC. handy.
She is Clunky. But, build quality is reassuringly solid and all metallic. nothing feels cheap about this phone. It is a bit too smooth however and so has a tendency to just slide out of your pocket and onto the nearest hard surface. The Hard dive as yet appears still undamaged though. It even spins and you can hear it if its a very quiet room.
Battery life could be better. I carry a spare in my wallet which i do use. (from another Nokia. spot the phone-geek.)
Email is possible but not great. It supports POP and IMAP but is no Blackberry. And web browsing is fast but pretty hopeless as a surfing experience.
Texting isn't that easy as the buttons are a bit slim. Big thumbs tread carefully! The weight distribution could also be better. When you hold it to SMS it may just do its slip-slide-smash maneuver cause its kind of unbalanced in your hand.
I like this phone but wouldn't want to rely on it as my only one for the following main reasons:
Battery life and when you're out and about as its heavy/clunky.
