Good Points

Cheap deals supposedly.


Bad Points

Sent wrong phone. Only responded to one email out of the five I sent and response didn't deal with issue. Utterly rubbish customer service. Near impossible to get through on phone help line. No cash back vouchers and info as promised. About to apply for first cash back but will be very suprised if get anything back - stringent (impossible??) to follow procedure. Please please please don't bother with them.


General Comments

Would very happily had a worse cashback deal (as I have had with other companies) that will happily keep to their promises and even offer support in claiming correctly. Will update if I do recieve cash back but the stress of getting the forms and clarity on what they actually want has already been too costly.
