Good Points

It's got a great battery life, very simple to use and the software with it is very comprehensive. Also very pretty.

Bad Points

Very bulky. Wall charger did not come included instead this rubbish adaptor - I had to buy a wall charger and cable for direct usb but the worst feature is the volume... it's so quiet!

General Comments

Please Creative, build a patch to make the volume higher - the micro had really great volume highs but this is poor in comparison! Also it wouldn't hurt them to include a wall charger in the box contents - I mean it's not exactly cheap is it! Oh and the battery isn't replaceable - well it is but you have to take the unit apart. The Micro was cool for battery changes ... what's the deal here?

Hi. I recognize your "problem" if it comes to the max. volume level.
I solved this by downloading the US firmware-update instead of my standard EU firmware.
    (some time ago now).

Now, this has to be US-version 1.41.01, because right now in the US, the health board people have pushed Creative to make their US MP3 player quieter too. So if you upgrade your firmware in the US today you get a "silent" version of the firmware.

I've had my Zen Vision M for a couple months now, and I rarely put the volume above the 18 mark. I don't find the volume quiet at all.
