Fast, reliable and easy to navigate
Only for NatWest customers too lazy to move their accounts
Very easy to use. You enter your DOB followed by a four digit number allocated to you. Then three digits of your PIN no. and three letters of a password chosen by you.
You can in addition to the usual choice of tranfers by BACS or CHAPS to your other or third party accounts, view, add or delete direct debits and standing orders and also order cheque books and paying in books.
However because of monthly charges due to its branch network, newer internet accounts are usually much more competitive!
But I've been a NatWest customer for over thirty years and so I work on the "better the devil you know" principle.
