Reliable service.
Address book works fine.
Loads of other facilities that I have never tried. I just want a simple web-based email service and this is it. And I like the simple "firstname.lastname@mail.com" style
Bad Points
The adverts, part of the free service, were intrusive. Yes there's a little spam, say a few messages a week, but there's a button to report it and this automatically deletes it as well.
General Comments
Overall I would recommend mail.com. I have never known the service to be "down". I payed a small amount to get rid of the adverts (which were annoying) and the performance (speed) seems fine.
