The menu system and camera
Bad Points
The joystick I have had my phone replaced twice and on the two occasions the joystick has broken. It does your head in for you get a message and you try to scroll down to read the message and you can't. I also got dust in it though the hole in the top which effected my screen so now their is lines at the bottom.
When I took my phone apart to clear the dust out I took out the joystick as it is just a piece of plastic. Which solved the problem and my phone worked fine for a while but the problem came back so it is a major flaw with this phone and some other sony ericsson phones.
General Comments
Don't buy this model and watch other models of Sony Ericsson phones with joysticks you best bet is to buy a Sony Ericsson with out a joystick because their menu system is class and the options on their phones or cool.
