General Comments

I feel very let down by this company and won't use them again. Unlike other parcel companies I've used, I was never informed that my parcel had been picked up, was in transit or when it was likely to be delivered. Their so called tracking system is useless and stands for nothing in the event something goes wrong. When my parcel went missing I contacted P4D and was fobbed off with an email which contained:

"we can only advise yourself as & when we are advised by the carrier of any further information as we do not have access to their internal system or tracking facilities"

I'd contacted P4D initially to ask about the ETA of my parcel after it became overdue but they only ever got back to me when I chased them with emails and I was fobbed off in the end by being told that it would take up to 10 more days for the carrier to do a search. At this point I'd had enough and contacted the main carrier personally. They checked into the whereabouts of my parcel using tracking numbers that actually meant something and it was delivered the following day. As I write this, I'm still waiting for P4D to get back to me to say where my parcel is even though it's been delivered.

Don't be fooled by the flash website. Definitely not recommended.

    I must agree with this comment about Parcels 4 Delivery. You are better off dealing with reputable courier directly, to avoid wasting time and money.

    I agree with this review because... they are useless. If something goes wrong its everyone else fault but there own.
