The sale for my conservatory was agreed on the basis that the job would be finished before Christmas, I am now told that it will be January; the sales rep told us that they make all of their own components so that they have contol - now I am told that the roof is delayed because it comes from a sister company owned by their owners. Trying to contact anyone by phone at St.Helens Glass in nearly impossible. I regret that I cannot recommend them to anyone
