Location, being only a short walk from Bugibba.
The receptionist was very good at her job, if you needed anything put right, she was the lady to get it sorted.
Bad Points
Bed linen was tatty, and definitely ready for renewal. Shower didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, tatty mastic in the Bathroom.
The restaurant staff rushed you through, took cutlery from your table to set another table, they didn't excuse themselves for interupting your meal. Lifts were constantly going out of order.
A very poor selection of vegetables in the evening. One only every night, so if you didn't like that particular one it was tough.
English Breakfasts were extra, other hotels 4 star ones, DON'T charge. Go to a local cafe, it's half the price and same standard.
General Comments
Would go back for the location. Probably would only go on a B&B basis.
Now we know where to go in the evenings for some entertainment. O'Reilys in Bugibba or the Grape vine, or Fat Harry's. All offer good entertainment and only a 10 min walk back to the Hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children, or people with disabilities, as the lifts were constantly breaking down.
