There are no good points whatsoever with this apathetic, useless, non professional company.
Bad Points
Everything - poor workmanship, poor product, poor customer service; non qualified tradesmen - the list is endless.
General Comments
We are currently in a legal battle to have our monies refunded. We have had a non functional, non completed, damaged kitchen since April 2006 - which is extremely difficult when there is a family to feed.
Have got trading standards involved from both our area and Manchester, have written to TV Watchdog, but, more importantly have a barrister representing us legally. After numerous inspections following our weekly then daily complaints re the missing items, quality of product, poor workmanship, the plumbing of a washing machine into a rain water gully; the exposure of electric wiring; the fitting of electrical switches under the a sink unit not sealed; damaged worktops (fitted 3 times); different colour units (3 separate colours) - Qualitas carried out an independent inspection which reiterates everything we've said and a lot more.
With xmas two weeks away, we have no functioning kitchen - just a hovel and a loss of thousands of pounds.
Please raise the awareness of this shoddy business and prevent others from having to suffer the loss, pain and stress that has been caused to us since we stumbled upon this dreadful Dilusso nightmare.
