Bad Points
The set top box overheats I have had 6.
The connection is intermittent and unreliable
Don't expect to be able to watch any programme in it's entirety
You can't download any large email attachements as the service doesn't run for long enough.
General Comments
The service staff are rude and unhelpful, after talking to them for a couple of hours. They said "this is as good as it gets" and offerred to disconnect me.
