Dining chairs and pads were as expected.
Compared to other reviewers, we only waited ten weeks for delivery.
Brochure glossy and promising.
Bad Points
Table poorly made.
Promise of return not materialised.
Staff stone wall customer if unable to sort out problems.
Call queuing excessively long.
General Comments
Having now waited for over a month for theme to collect the faulty table and refund our money, we have now resorted to taking the matter further, but we expect it to drag on without any assistance from Haddon House.
