Someone always answerer's the e mails. They tried to fix the problem.
They resolutely refuse to accept responsibility for a product they did not check properly before they A) advised me it was compatible B) Said the problem could be fixed.
They seem to be working outside the law. They don't accept liability for a product that was clearly "not fit for the purpose it was intended". They have refused to give a refund and I have now spent 6 months! Trying to get a solution to the problem - which is a Designator 6 upgrade to my old designator 2. It has never worked on my pda - despite what they said, and they should have checked destinations website to see that (which I did later). Having sold the duff product they messed me about no end. The guy I deal with is nice enough but says "no refunds". This is ILLEGAL! So, I'm now going to sue them!
