Takes a long time to speak to someone at t-mobile. 18 month contract
General Comments
Before flex-t I was always going over my minutes with my previous provider and getting charged a fortune!!! Luckily for me I saw an add in a magazine offering the Flex-t 35 price plan with a discount so I only pay around £27 for it, for life!! great tariff unless anything better comes along when my contract is up I will definitely renew it, provided they have some better phones in 11 months time!
