Great looking stuff. Prices right. Shipped right away from stock. Freight estimate accurate. Well packed. Attentive customer service from staff.
Bad Points
May be difficult reaching customer service by phone at times but e-mail works well.
General Comments
Worked with Homecraft to understand the vanity we saw online and get assurances that it could be delivered right away. We sent cheque and unit was fedex shipped as soon as received. We unpacked it two days later in New Jersey and the 42" single basin vanity was beautiful...everything he said it would be. And the price was right and the shipping just as estimated. We are very comfortable/pleased with Homecraft based on this experience and the service we obtained from the staff.
