Be WARNED! Had this Bissell Powerwash Proheat shampooer 18 months and when new it was great. Had new carpets and not had a chance to use it till over a year passed and a friend asked if I'd clean their carpet. Well, it didn't work any more. Took it to be repaired and was told that it's badly designed and the internal tubes collapse with non use. The repair cost £40 and all was well again. This time I followed the instruction to the letter to store it. 3 months later, in fact today, it doesn't work again.
