I have just spoken to Brunel Franklin, who have been dealing with my claim for compensation on my endowment policy, on which I have a frightening shortfall. I have been told I am time barred, which in English means I am too late to make a claim.

They say they have a way (they explained it to me in secret) of maybe getting me my money back.

They tell me nearly 2 million policies are time barred.

I just thought you might like to know that there may be a way of winning. Ask them yourself.

    Brunel told me that I was time barred and basically told me to forget it, so it would surprise me if they have anything up their sleeve except a huge charge!!
